My passion is to help people be 100% in love with themselves. Self-love, self-empowerment, and meditation are my foundation and a part of my daily practice. With my background in Exercise Physiology, I blend personal training with the ancient teachings of yoga. I have been teaching yoga for over 12 years and working with one-on-one clients for 8 years.
I am very lucky to have had yoga introduced at an early age by my mother and father. My love for yoga and holistic medicine deepened as I became diagnosed with countless health problems, including misdiagnosed issues. Living with health concerns that I cannot change, I am learning to love my body and I am searching for new ways to push my physical endurance.
I am a lover of all creatures and transitioning to a zero-waste lifestyle. I truly believe it is up to us to create the life we want and to protect the world we inhabit.
